*Deadlifts and Power Cleans must be performed 1 partner at a time. BJ, push ups, sit ups and run can be done at the same time.

 

9:30 - Barbell Class

The Clean

Technique:
- Hang to power position
- Clean extension / high pull from hang
- Hang power clean

The Jerk

Technique:
- Dip position
- Footwork
- Jerk with pause

If technique is sound, add weight. Increase to a weight where technique is not compromised.
