Free Choice Friday's
For the next couple weeks we are going to give you the option to choose your own workouts on Fridays. Coaches will be there to instruct and run the classes while keeping everything on time. Several workouts will be written on the board that you can choose from. But the whole point of doing this is that YOU will also have the option to create and carry out your own workout. You can find a cool workout elsewhere or one that we have done in the gym but never got a chance to do. Its your choice on Fridays for the next couple.
