REMINDER - Starting on Saturday (8/6) and going forward, the 9:30am class will be a barbell class. This means that the new Saturday morning line-up will be: 

8:30 - Partner WOD
9:30 - Barbell Class
10:30 - CrossFit Teens

SNATCH

Technique:
- Find the power position
- Hang to power position
- Snatch extension / high pull from hang
- Hang Muscle snatch
- Hang power snatch

*If technique is sound, add weight. Increase to a weight where technique is not compromised.
