We will be having a new gym challenge for the month of March. As a gym we will be trying to collectively reach 31,000 Push ups and Ring Dips. 10 Rx ring dips or Rx Push ups equals one tally on the board. 3 scaled versions of these movements equals 1 Rx rep. LETS DO IT GUYS AND GIRLS!!!
