1 T red maca powder

1.5 cups tomato juice

2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp fennel seed

3 tsp sea salt

1/2 cucumber

1-2 celery stalks

1 cup Botija olives

1 bell pepper

parsley for garnish  

1. Mix the bell peppers and olives in a small bowl.  

2. Blend the other ingredients, except the parsley, in a high speed blender.  Place in bowls and add bell peppers, olives, and parsley on top!
