1 bunch of kale, washed and cut (about 10 oz)

4-5 T Olive oil

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Place Kale in a freezer Ziploc bag, along with remaining ingredients. Shake until well mixed. Spread out on two non-stick cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crispy.
