1-1.5 lbs ground grass-fed beef

1/2 cup chopped onions

2 T chili powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp Italian seasonings  

1/2 tsp garlic powder  

1.5 cups skinned, cubed butternut squash

1 can Italian tomatoes, blended

1 T vinegar  

1. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain.  

2. Add chili powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.  

3. Add squash and tomatoes. Simmer for 1 hour. Tastes best on the second day!
