"Don't Drop the Ball"

100 Wall Balls
100 Med Ball Squat Cleans
100 Med Ball Sit ups over a box 20″
100 Push ups

*If the ball touches the floor 100m penalty run

You and your partner will only have one wall ball (unless you need separate weights read below for scaling), so that means you cannot both complete the wall balls or cleans at the same time. You may, however, complete the push ups whenever you wish.
