Program Description

Burn-HIIT is the perfect combination of all the amazing things found in CrossFit: community, accountability, fun, but without the complexity of barbell movements or exercises performed at a pull-up bar. You will be working with Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Air Bikes, Rowers, and a few other tools, making this class a great way to get started as no prior CrossFit experience is required. Our coaches will guide you on your fitness journey and help you get the result you deserve!
