Ongoing Memberships
Our Unlimited and Fixed plans include access to Open Gym hours.
Cancellations
Our Fixed and Unlimited packages may be canceled at any time by giving a MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE. If any of those 30 days fall in the next billing cycle, the same will be prorated by the number of days that exceed the start date of the next billing cycle.
CrossFit & HYROX
Beginners will be required to complete the Foundations course in order to access to CrossFit group classes.
Such requirement is not necessary for HYROX classes.

Drop Ins
Drop ins can be used for Crossfit and HYROX classes.
Pre-purchase classes to use like a punch card. See specific expiration details for each option.
Cancellations
Any classes not cancelled through the app within 1 hour of the class starting will result in a charge of the entire class amount.

Cancellations or missed classes without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of the entire class amount.
SPECIFIC SKILL TRAINING PROGRAMS
This year we stepped up our game and worked hard to bring you a new tool to help you finally get that first Pull-Up, Muscle Up, and string together Double Unders in a workout. We have programs for: Pull-ups, CTB Pull-ups, Bar MU, Ring MU, Double Unders, Handstand Push-ups, and Toes to Bar.
Self-Paced
These are self-paced 4-week-long programs with 3 days of specific accessory, skill work, and stretching to improve the necessary strength and skills you need to unlock each movement.

Train with a Coach
If you think you need that extra help, upgrade to personal training with one of our expert coaches. This package includes the skill program + 1, 2, or 3 personal training sessions a week based on which package you decide to purchase (to be scheduled with a coach).

Foundations

Totally new to crossfiT? Try our beginners course.
The Foundations series is not a requirement, however, it is offered for beginner level athletes (those with less than 1 month of experience with CrossFit). These classes give us an opportunity to evaluate your skill level and ensure that you are ready to join the group class.
We offer a 10% discount on your first bill in case you decide to sign up for a Class Plan, either Unlimited or Fixed 3xWeek,
by your 4th lesson.

Payments must be completed in full upfront.
Refunds
No refunds will be given after payment is collected.
Membership Pauses
Only Unlimited Packages are eligible for Membership pauses. The maximum amount of time a Membership can be paused is 1 month (only 1 time for calendar year). Contact us to apply this to your account—there will be an administrative fee of $20.

Students, Teachers, and Families with Multiple Members
$10 discount off of all Packages—IDs will be requested for Students and Teachers.
