Hello, my name is Kellie Morgan and I was born and raised right here in La Crescenta, California. I was an athlete my whole life. I played soccer from basically the time I could walk and was raised in a very competitive family. I am now a mom of three and after my second baby a friend of mine told me to come and try a class at CrossFit Montrose.
I was hesitant at first because I thought CrossFit was for super athletes and was not in great shape since having kids. Long story short, I came and never left. That was 2018. After that I had another kid and started coaching. The community that comes with CrossFit is like none other. I was hooked after my first class and never looked back.
